Summary
A classmate of Iori and Riku, Tomoka Fujisaki, confronts the two teens, claiming to have seen something strange in one of the classrooms. On their way back home, Tomoka is summoned to said classroom by a Phantom known as Yadoshogyo. Iori uses his abilities and manages to save the hypnotized girl from being kidnapped and exorcises the Phantom using Ongyoki's arm. Iori and Riku then head home and she tells the boy she'll see him tomorrow.
Plot Details
The bizarre Phantom mouth.
A schoolgirl notices a bizarre mouth in a dark classroom that beckons her to come closer. This takes place at the school Riku and Iori go to.
Meanwhile, Riku tries to look for Iori in his personal room at the school. She doesn't see him initially, until he reveals to her that he's been there the whole time. Riku says she wants to talk about yesterday's incident, but Iori refuses to do so, because that's what his sister said and he left his phone at home, so she couldn't contact him. Unfortunately, Yayoi calls Riku's phone and uses it to communicate with the teens. Iori then panics and blames Riku for him forgetting his phone at home. She then ponders about how she still doesn't know much about the young Shaman.

Riku's thoughts are interrupted by the girl from earlier. She introduces herself as Tomoka Fujisaki and she wishes to talk to the two teens about seeing something strange. She then explains what she saw and Riku quietly suggests to Iori that they should check it out, because it could be a Phantom. Despite her pleas, the young Shaman disagrees to help until Yayoi tells him to do so.
Tomoka later confronts Riku and tells her that she's never seen Iori talk so much before, theorizing that his quiet demeanor was the source of the rumors about his psychic powers. At that point, Riku realizes that she's never seen Iori on campus before their confrontation the other day.

Iori and Riku check the room Tomoka mentioned, but they don't find anything and decide to check it once again tomorrow. On their way home, Riku notices that Tomoka is walking back to school in a hypnotized state. The two teens rush to save her, but they find a Phantom known as Yadoshogyo in the room they checked. They see the unconscious Tomoka inside and Riku tries to go inside, but she's stopped by Iori. Riku asks if he could use Ongyoki, but Iori says that he can't do it, because the shadow Phantom would kill Tomoka in such a small space. Riku then tries to go by herself, but Iori denies her to do so. He then tells the girl not to sacrifice herself so easily.
Ongyoki's arm grabs the Yadoshogyo.
Iori walks into the room himself, using his shadow abilities to suppress his existence, so that the Yadoshogyo wouldn't notice him. When the young Shaman picks Tomoka up, the Phantom notices him and blocks the door with its tentacles. Yayoi then calls Riku's phone and tells her to step away from the door. Suddenly, Ongyoki's arm breaks the door down, holding the Yadoshogyo in its grip, allowing Iori to safely walk out of the room along with Tomoka.
Iori reveals that he only summoned Ongyoki's arm, so that it would focus on the enemy Phantom. He then swiftly exorcised the Yadoshogyo by making Ongyoki crush it.
On their way back home, Riku reveals that Tomoka woke up and she seemed okay. Riku then thinks about Yayoi telling her that Iori used to be someone who went out of his way to help people until someone important to him sacrificed themselves to help him. Riku decides to believe in Iori as she tells him that she hopes to see the boy tomorrow, only for Iori to be annoyed that he can't find his phone.
